A little glimpse into the time it takes to pull your shoot together

Pre- Production

Hold on tight, because this phase is going to be a whirlwind of activity! Gathering intel is the name of the game, and the speed of your feedback will determine if it's going to be a quick one week or a two-week extravaganza. Here's what's on the list:

Shoot Time

Studio lights are setup, backdrops are up, & we're ready to shoot!

Depending on the project’s complexity, the shoot is usually divided over 1-3 days. And don't worry, I won't miss a beat! The approved shot list will be my trusty guide to make sure every scene gets its time in the spotlight.

Post- Production

Lights off, camera packed, and it's time for me to unleash my editing superpowers.

For photo I use Capture One and Photoshop for advanced retouching and Premiere Pro for video.

This process is where the MAGIC happens!

You can now kick back and let me sprinkle some photo and video magic on your assets. In just 7-21 days, your jaw-dropping gallery will be ready for you to feast your eyes on. The cherry on top? You don't even need to move a muscle! I'll deliver them straight to your inbox via Pixieset where you will be able to download them in High and Web Res!

The Creative Process

Inquire

Once you reach out to me, I will really take the time to learn and understand your content goals, asset requirements and timeline. From there, I will create a customised proposal that suits your needs, and creative vision.

Plan

When you’re ready to book a spot, I will send a 50% booking deposit and contract your way. From there, all you’ll have to do is post your products to me. The hard work then begins (aka pre-production)- where I’ll be designing your brief, creating a mood board, and outlining your shot list.

Create

After I get your approval on pre-production, it’s then time to bring the concepts to life!

Deliver

Photography projects will take anywhere between 2-6 weeks from start to finish. Once I have finished your shoot, I’ll send a preview for your review, and then get to work editing and adding the finishing touches to your new images!

I will ask you to fill out a short creative brief (or we can jump on a phone call) so I can better understand what you’re looking for and quote your project! It’s important to put as much detail on your brief as possible to ensure we’re on the same page and so that I can quote you accurately!
Your project is unique and is different from every other brand. There’s no one price fits all which is why I custom quote your project to ensure I’m pricing based on exactly what YOU need as my client.
To get started, I will ask you to complete a creative brief (or alternatively jump onto a phone call) so I can really get to know you and your goals for the project. Once I know more about what you need, I can provide you with a quote.
You betcha! I work my magic on a fantastic platform called Milanote, where we both can get our creative juices flowing and collaborate on all the pre-production details. Once the plan is set in stone, I'll give you the green light to give it a final once-over, and then we're ready to roll!
Time to secure your photo shoot! A 50% deposit seals the deal with the remaining payment due before the pics hit your inbox.
For retainers, an upfront deposit of 2 months secures your retainer partnership, with payments then being made 1 month in advance.
I’m sorry, but due to the unique nature of the work, I can't offer refunds. But, if you have a valid reason, feel free to request a reshoot.
It usually takes anywhere from 7-21 business days from the shoot date, depending on the creative concept and how crazy my workload is.
But, if you've got a deadline looming, just holler and I'll work some magic to make it happen!
Absolutely! I'm happy to store your products in my studio for up to 3 months. If you'd like them back, don't forget to include a return post bag.
